Amar Kallu


Amar was born and raised in British Columbia. He grew up in Sicamous,BC before he moved back to North Delta as new opportunities came his way. He purchased his first home in 2011 in North Delta while he operated gas stations in North Vancouver. He comes from a family with a strong background in business and started working at the first family gas station at the ripe age of 10 years old. Pumping gas, cleaning windows, stocking shelves and maintaining the property instilled a strong work ethic that has continued to let him exceed in his personal life and real estate business. Growing up, Amar has always had an interest in the real estate market.

Before becoming a Realtor, he helped run the family business and operated two other gas stations in North Vancouver. He ran the stations for five years and then decided it was time to pursue his passion in the real estate market.

Amar is best known for helping his clients and friends achieve their real estate goals. Whether they are looking for an investment property or the perfect home, by being knowledgeable and serving his clients with concrete data and stats he guides them in making the most educated decision possible. He is well known in the industry as a problem solver, easy to work with and a great negotiator. Over the past few years he has enjoyed selling residential real estate and has found a new niche in the commercial market and is quickly making a name for himself as a Land Assembly expert. Amar is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service possible.

Outside of real estate, Amar enjoys spending time with his wife and has a passion to travel to different parts of the world and explore new horizons. He enjoys spending his time outdoors whether it be on the Shuswap lake, where he grew up, or on a pair of skis enjoying what Vancouver’s surrounding mountains have to offer us. Amar also likes to spend his time giving back to the community, that has treated him so well, by cooking food for the less fortunate.

Roveen Kandola


Roveen Kandola, BC born and raised has been heavily involved in Real Estate construction and development since the age of 13. Helping his family with new construction as a child and working in almost every trade to do with construction as a young adult, Roveen knows what it takes to build a home.

At age 21 he got his real estate license and was trained and mentored by Gurdial Dale Badh (Re/Max), a titan in the industry. He learned how to work hard and became a great negotiator by working alongside many other high producing agents at Re/Max Real Estate Services. Roveen Has been in the top 10% of all realtors working in the Greater Vancouver area for 11 of the 12 years that he has been in the business.

His business acumen as well as his patience, make him a great problem solver and super easy to work with. A business oriented individual will look at your new property not only as your home but as a wise investment as well. Roveen loves Residential real estate but is highly experienced and skilled enough to work through commercial transactions. He has completed most of the CCIM courses and will be looking for his designation in the near future.

Outside of Real estate Roveen likes to spend his time researching international investments and working as a consultant for businesses in related industries. Since 2007, Roveen has been heavily involved in Community initiatives and sits on a board that oversees feeding and helping those in need around the lower mainland. He has also been a consistent donor and has been in charge of fundraising in his office for United Way

Navi Thiara

When not assisting clients, Navi enjoys spending time with his wife, twin daughters and their extended family and friends. Navi also enjoys travelling to different parts of the world and learning about other cultures and their ways of living. Navi is committed to maintaining his health and dedicates his early mornings to fitness. He is also dedicated to his ice hockey team where he has been captain for the past 13 years.
